Amatel is currently seeking one or more Senior RF Engineers to fulfill expected obligations with our clients.

Description

• Perform Radio Network System Design and Optimization
• Perform System Performance Analysis, Network Quality Audit, and Bench Marking Analysis
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and project processes
• Creation and Administration of Project Plans
• Assist with Project Cost Estimation, resource planning
• Attend Client Meetings and Presentations
• Interface with clients and manage day-to-day client expectations

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCSE is required. MSEE or MSCE preferred
• 5+ years of Hands on RF engineering experience
• Experience in using major RF data collection tools - TEMS, DTI, etc
• Experience in using major Cell Planning tools such as Planet, Odyssey, TEMS Cell Planner, etc
• Advanced Knowledge of GSM, GPRS, IS136 technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical ability
